The house is situated on the East side of the Algarve coast, some 40km from the Spanish border and 4km from the sea, with sea views. The property has 85.000sq mtrs of land, 25.000 of which have been professionaly landscaped and the house has 1.200sq mtrs of build on three floors plus a roof terrace. The landscaped section of the property is fully irrigated which offers year round green lawn and vegetation. The property offers total privacy and is secluded from local traffic.
Faro International Airport is an easy 40 minutes drive away on the A22 motorway and 10-15 minutes from several towns which surround the area.
The nearest town offers excellent hotel accommodation options, from 3 -5 star facilities. There is a wide variety of restaurents within the area, offering inexpensive traditional Portuguese meals to excellent cuisine at select restaurants. More info
The East Algarve is considred to have the most beautiful beaches in Europe, with miles and miles of never ending white sands, some of which are totally deserted throughout the year.
The Algarve is also considered one of the world's meccas for golfers of all levels, with some 14 courses on the East Coast alone. A few of which are only 10-15 minutes drive from the location, offering a welcome break for film crews.
